After vetting all Parking Guidance vendors, Yaamava selected ECO to deploy approximately 1,500 Falcon Vision® sensors monitoring 3,500 parking spaces within its 7 level parking structure. From contract signature through final installation, the deployment was completed in approximately eight weeks. The ECO platform dynamically communicates live space availability to 56 separate sign displays, which can be managed in the dashboard.

Yaamava wanted a platform that they could quickly and easily integrate intotheir existing infrastructure without needing to shut down lanes, and floors toperform the installation.

With robust deployment, onboarding, and user acceptance testing guidelines, we were able to help the highly occupied garageto consistently achieve over 99% accuracy in a matter of weeks post go-live.

This implementation was coordinated through Yaamava’s supplied electrical contractor, displaying the ease at which ECO's system can be installed and deployed.

After a successful deployment andinstallation, Yaamava and ECO wanted to answer a more important question: Is ECO’s Parking Guidance System helping guests park faster?

ECO conducted a multi-phase Time-to-Parkstudy using real vehicle activity at the property. The study was structuredacross three operating conditions:

Phase 1 — Falcon Vision + ParkingStaff
Falcon indicators were active while the garage was fully staffed.

Phase 2 — Parking Staff Only
Parking staff remained in operation, but Falcon guidance indicators were turnedoff.

Phase 3 — Falcon Vision Only
Falcon guidance indicators were active without parking staff directingvehicles.

Each phase ran for two consecutive weeks. The primary analysis focused specifically on the comparison between Phase 2 — staff guidance — and Phase 3 — Falcon Vision guidance. The results were significant.

Falcon Vision produced the fastest Time-to-Park of every operating phase.

Median Time-to-Park decreased fromapproximately 2 minutes, 19 seconds to 2minutes, 3 seconds — a 16-second,or 11.5%, reduction in the amount of time required for gueststo locate and enter a parking space. On the Casino Level, which is the mostoccupied level, ECO reduced the time to park by 40 seconds, for a 20.63%reduction.

Across the 66,297 vehicles evaluated in the study's impact calculation, ECO determined that the reduction in parking time represented approximately 21.05 hours of potential gaming time generated per day.

The most relevant finding was that the system produced significantly improved Time-to-Park statistics when demand and congestion were highest.

·       At 50–60%garage occupancy, TTP improved 15.60%

·       At 70–80%occupancy, TTP improved 17.82%

·       At 90–100%occupancy, TTP improved 18.13%

·       On the heavily utilized Casino Level, the improvementreached 23.51% at 90–100% occupancy

The greatest operational challenge is not helping guests park at 30% occupancy. It is maintaining an intuitive arrival experience when the resort is busy — during evening peaks, concerts, special events, weekends, conventions, holidays, and periods when thousands ofguests may be arriving within the same window.

Between 11:00AM and 11:00 PM, Falcon Vision reduced Time-to-Park by anaverage of 14.20% compared with staff-directed parking. During the 7:00 PM hour, the improvement reached 19.68%.
