David graduated from The Ohio State University after earning a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering and is a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of ECO Parking Technologies.
As a 10-year-old boy, bound and determined not to be stuck in second gear, David meticulously disassembled an internal gear, three-speed bike, found a way to repair it and was then back to riding full speed in just a few days. He now applies this same expertise, as well as what he gained during his time at Ohio State, to the financial and operational management of ECO.
He had previously been with Siemens and Prestolite Electric, Inc. for 17 years, so when he co-founded ECO, David brought with him progressive, diverse leadership experience that encompassed global product management, operations and finance. This extensive assortment of prior responsibilities assisted with building the ECO platform making it an efficient, innovative manufacturing organization.

William earned a degree in Business form Wittenberg University. He holds an Air Transport Pilot rating, is Typed in jet aircraft, a certified Master SCUBA Diver but above all, he’s the Chief Technology Officer for ECO Parking Technologies.
Through his many years of professional experience in energy technology, development, design and construction fields, William has successfully completed projects throughout North America and Europe while also securing patents ranging from power generation and energy storage to turbine engine performance enhancements, bio-fuels, advance lighting and vision-based machine learning.
His professional career was first launched at a mid-sized architectural/engineering firm whose focus was in power, transportation and commercial/retail sectors. William drove exceptional growth and success for his firm which allowed it to expand its services further to include forensic engineering, construction management and design/build capabilities. This allowed him to initiate advanced technologies in the energy and renewable resource fields including compressed air energy storage (CAES), ethanol fuels, cryogenically ground rubber (CGR) and coal processing.
After pioneering a technology-based venture between a major US chemical company and a large Midwest power utility, William focused his efforts on the development of thermal energy storage (TES) and energy management systems for the commercial, industrial and transportation sectors.
Upon successful completion of his TES venture, William returned to his design and construction roots, leading a start-up construction company into the national ranks as a dominant healthcare design/build/developer. However, he still had a desire to further develop energy-based technology. Coupled with data acquisition, William joined ECO to unite and advance his combined experiences in yielding comprehensive solutions.
