Jeff Pinyot
President & Chief Strategy Officer
Jeff is the President of ECO Parking Technologies. He is a highly published lighting professional who speaks nationally on parking lighting and has been involved in some of the most strategic lighting projects across the United States. He is a founding member of the Green Parking Council and has been honored with the National Sustainability Pioneer Award, as well as the distinguished Lowell Harwood Award.
Prior to ECO, Jeff served 24 years with Trane Air Conditioning, a division of Ingersoll Rand. Jeff comes from a family of engineers and contractors, so he felt called to receive his BSCE from the University of Pittsburgh. His immense levels of experience in the field of energy, along with his creativity and capacity to visualize the extraordinary, has provided him with countless opportunities and outlets for realizing his passions.
Under his leadership, ECO has grown from an induction lighting company to a company that produces the industry’s top-rated LED parking fixture in the ECO FlexTech. Jeff has never been one to be satisfied with being common. This attitude allowed him to help lead his team to develop the world’s first and only integral and wireless parking guidance system called Falcon Vision – one of the most revolutionary inventions in parking in decades.
Jeff lives in Fishers, along with his wife Ruth and their four children. They have experienced a vast amount of sports ranging from lacrosse to football to soccer. Jeff spent many of his years coaching high school lacrosse, but now he and Ruth enjoy spending their time cooking and traveling together whenever they can. Jeff is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and thinks it’s totally not a huge deal that the Steelers have won six Super Bowls…
